NIH and other Federal Government Employees Registration
Employees of the federal government who have applied to their agencies for approval to attend IMMUNOLOGY 2018™ but have not received approval by the early registration deadline (March 23, 2018) should contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance prior to the meeting. Government employees must register in advance. No special consideration can be provided if registering onsite. Please include in your email your full name, registration category (member, nonmember, or student), agency/institute and the date of your approval request.
Undergraduate students are eligible for the discounted registration fee of $30 to the meeting. Participants must register on-site only. Registrations will not be accepted in advance. To receive the Undergraduate registration rate, please bring a teacher/student ID card or a letter signed by your department head, research advisors, principal, or teacher.
Graduate Student Registration
AAI graduate student members are eligible for significantly reduced registration to the meeting. Nonmember graduate students may register at the reduced registration rate of $225 onsite only with a student photo ID.
Please Note: Postdoctoral fellows, post baccalaureates, hospital residents, interns and laboratory technicians do not qualify as students and must pay the full member/nonmember registration rate.
High School Teacher, High School Student Registration
High school teachers and high school students (age 13 and older) are eligible for complimentary registration to the meeting. Participants must register on-site only. Registrations will not be accepted in advance. To receive complimentary registration, please bring a teacher/student ID card or a letter signed by your department head, research advisors, principal, or teacher. We request that high school students by accompanied by a registered adult at all times. Appropriate behavior by all students is required.
Press badges are complimentary to pre-approved members of the working press with appropriate press credentials and to freelance writers bearing a letter of assignment (on the publication’s official letterhead) from an editor.
Approved press badge holders are required to provide AAI with copies of all articles written about IMMUNOLOGY 2018™.
Complimentary press badges will not be issued to representatives from allied fields (public relations, public information, public affairs, scholarly journals or publishers). These individuals may register on-line and pay the applicable registration fee.

If you need to cancel, you may transfer your registration to a colleague or you may request a refund. Request for refunds (less a $75 processing fee) will be accepted until 11:59 PM ET, April 2, 2018. After that date and time, no refunds will be issued. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing, including the registrant’s confirmation number.
